​​How can I Book A Pianist?

Fill in the booking form on the website or call 07875543960. For an accurate quote please put the postcode of the venue as this will determine if any petrol or accommodation costs will be incurred.

 

 

How much does it cost to book a pianist?​

Pricing depends on:

• Whether you would like a background pianist or a vocal pianist.
• How far away the venue is.
• How long you want the musician to play for.

How much would the booking deposit be?

We take a 20% deposit of the total fee.

When do we need to pay the rest of the balance?

The remaining amount will be payed on the day of the peformance by either cash or cheque to the performer.

 

 

What do the pianists supply on the day?

Each performer can provide a professional piano keyboard and amplification if your venue doesn't have a piano.

​Do we need to supply anything on the day?

We ask that you provide us with a hot meal and some soft drinks if a pianist will be at the venue for more than 4 hours.

Do your pianists have Public Liability Insurance and a PAT Test Certificate?

All our pianists have all the correct and up to date documentation so if your venue requests these certificates we will be happy to email them over.
