How much does it cost to book Move To The Groove?

Pricing depends on:
What size band you would like.
The size of the venue and the distance travelled from where we are based.
What time you want the band to be set up by.

Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my booking with Move To The Groove?



We take a 20% deposit of the total fee.





​When do we need to pay the rest of the balance?

 

The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of the performance either as cash or a cheque.

What do the band supply on the day?​

​

Move To The Groove provide a full PA and lighting system that will make the stage and dance floor come to life.





​Do we need to supply anything on the day?​

​

The band will supply all the equipment needed for the performance. We ask that there is a performance space available to us at the venue (minimum of 5 x 3 metres) and a minimum of two mains plug sockets. We ask that parking is provided for the band free of charge and for each band member to be provided with a hot meal and soft drinks for our duration of stay at the venue. We kindly ask that a room is provided for the band to change in prior to our performance.

 

​Does the band have Public Liability Insurance and a PAT Test Certificate?​

We have all the correct and up to date documentation so if your venue requests these certificates we will be happy to email them over to you.



Our venue has a sound limiter! Is this a problem?

 

Move To The Groove have had plenty of experience performing at venues with sound limiters and if your venue has one then this is not a problem.

​

Although the majority of our performances are private weddings and events, we play certain public performances throughout the year.  These are shown at the bottom of our home page.
